Colditz Porzellan (VEB Porzellanwerk Lettin) has a long history, dating back to 1858 when it was founded as "Heinrich Baensch". After nationalization in the GDR, from 1970 to 1990, products were manufactured under the "CP Lettin" mark. Production at the factory ceased after the reunification of Germany in 1990. An exquisite tea pair, made of snow-white porcelain using the "Echt Kobalt" (Genuine Cobalt) technique to create a deep blue color.
