The Bavaria Winterling manufactory was founded in 1897 by Heinrich Winterling. He came from the well-known Winterling family, who founded the Gebrüder Winterling OHG porcelain manufactory in Röslau (Bavaria). The manufactory specialised in coffee and tea sets, giftware and tableware. At the height of its development, Winterling became one of the largest porcelain manufacturers in Germany. Today, products under the Winterling brand continue to be manufactured at the factory in Triptis, maintaining the traditions of quality and design.
